What we collect, and why
Online applications
When a parent or guardian applies for a place we collect the learner's name, date of birth, gender, home address and previous school, the parent or guardian's name and contact details, and any supporting documents that are uploaded. We use this information only to consider the application, to contact you about it, and to enrol the learner if a place is offered.
Applications for children must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent on the child's behalf.
Updates for parents
If you sign up for school updates we keep your name and the phone number or email address you gave, and use them only to send school information. You can stop at any time by asking the school office.
Contact form
Messages sent through the contact form are read by school office staff and used only to reply to you.
How we protect it
- Information travels between your phone and the website over an encrypted connection.
- Applications and uploaded documents are stored privately. They are never published, and only authorised school staff who have signed in can see them.
- Each time a member of staff opens a document or changes an application, a record is kept.
- The application tracking page shows the status only. It needs both the reference number and the learner's date of birth.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Information may be shared with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education where the law or enrolment procedures require it. The website is hosted by a service provider that stores information on the school's behalf: Cloudflare, whose data centres are outside Zimbabwe.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Under Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] you may ask to see the information the school holds about you or your child, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted when it is no longer needed. To do so, contact the school office.
Cookies
The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A single cookie is used to keep school staff signed in to the administration area.
